Mortgage Loan Audit Advantage is a wholly owned subsidiary of Umoveon Co. Both are based in Novi, Michigan which is about 30 miles west of Detroit. Our seasoned team of Mortgage, Legal, Real Estate, Bankruptcy, and Credit Repair Professionals has helped hundreds of families find the best solution to their Mortgage and Real Estate problems.

The company was formed by David Smith who has over 35 years of Consumer Finance and Real Estate experience. He is a Licensed Loan Originator and also holds a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson's License. When Umoveon Co first went into business, our focus was mainly on Mortgage Loan Modifications and Short Sales. We have produced great results as evidenced by the testimonials our clients have written about us. As time went on, however, we noticed that Lenders were becoming more and more difficult to work with. The Government "solutions" like Help for Homeowners and the highly touted Making Home Affordable Program have both failed miserably. To make matters worse, lenders continue to frustrate Homeowners who are seeking help by failing to permanently modify loans. They frequently lose paperwork and it is almost impossible to even talk with the people at the Banks who actually have approval authority to reduce interest rates, forgive principle, or waive deficiency balances.
